We accept payments via BPI Savings bank deposit ; Globe G-Cash and Paypal (please add 5% for Paypal withdrawal fee). Payment details will be given together with the confirmation of your order, which we will be sending via email within 48 hours.  Payment must be made within 48 hours after confirmation of order is sent.

 

For Orders Outside the Philippines:

DELIVERY:

For Philippines:

Orders will be shipped out 2-3 business days after payment is received, and is expected to arrive 1-2 business days after (via XEND EXPRESS Courier).

Rates are as follows (per item):

• Luzon: PHP 100
• Visayas: PHP 130
• Mindanao: PHP 150

RETURNS (within the Philippines only)
1. Exchange is allowed within 7 days from date of receipt (date of receipt will be the date of shipment).

2. Items may be exchanged via (1) shipping for replacement or store credit (we will not shoulder shipping costs for returns) or (2) any of our branches nationwide provided that the branch has the item you wish to exchange to.

3. Exchange will not be accepted on items in any way altered or damage due to improper use and/or mishandling. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the shoes are defective upon arrival and were purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing admin@sofab.com.ph 

4. We reserve the right to determine whether the item has been altered or damaged.

5. All sales on promotional/sale items are considered FINAL.
