The shoes were almost perfect, but as you can see, there was damage to one of the straps and a small stain. I guess it was not checked properly prior to packing for shipping. Also, the box was really damaged. No bubble wrap at all. It's a good thing the form of the shoes is okay (though I must say I am expecting for a good condition box). Guess I was really expecting quality (product and packaging).
