I ordered it online because I couldn't find my size in any store I visited. However, when it arrived, the item was damaged. I have photos and videos as proof. I was hoping to use it for my Gala today, but I can't. I need to return it, and perhaps get a refund or exchange. I have this one in color beige and I love it so much. That's why I ordered it in black. I hope that in the future, it won't be as disappointing, and it won't be a hassle for the customer.

I have the black and beige of these slides! Very catchy sa eyes, yet simple. Sturdy too, can be used to roam everywhere.
